Thank you for choosing Swagson! Please review our return policy below:
- Timeframe: You have 21 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period.
- Final Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and considered final sale.
- Condition: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We unfortunately cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged, washed, worn, soiled or stained, or without its original clothing tags. Please be aware that refunds will be rejected if items do not meet the required return conditions (listed above). When trying items on, please avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, lotions, oils, or other chemicals
- Return Window: Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval, or we will be unable to accept it. Customer is responsible for paying required shipping fees to send the order back. Please be aware that refunds will be rejected if items are returned outside of this time frame.

Refund Process: All returned items will be inspected for wear or damage. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item does not meet the return requirements and has already been physically returned back to us, we will be unable to process a refund or store credit. If your return items is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within days.
- Check Bank Account: Please check your bank account first if you haven’t received your refund yet.
- Credit Card Company: Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Bank: If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact your bank.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange any items, we recommend requesting a refund for your original order and placing a new order for the exchange. Doing so will ensure the new item you want doesn't sell out while you're awaiting us to process your return.

Initiating Returns: To initiate a return, please set up a new customer account to begin the process.
- Submit a return request
- Click the profile icon in our navigation menu OR go to the refund policy and slick the link to request a return.
- 1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request". - Please remember, in order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and approved, you will soon receive a refund.
- Return Shipping Label: You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label.
- Shipping Timeframe: Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
- Delivery Guarantee: We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
